Yes. Orders picked up before 10am are delivered before 10am the next day. If late, we eat 100% of the laundry fee.
Is there still a 48-hour package?
No — as of April 26, 2026 we offer two packages only: Standard 24h (30,000đ/kg) and Hoả Tốc 4h (50,000đ/kg). Standard 24h replaced the old 48h tier at the same price.
Can you wash designer or white clothes?
Yes. Separate-whites (+80,000đ) guarantees no yellowing. For luxury items, let us know in advance so we can use premium detergent.
Can I book at 10pm?
Yes — 24/7 pickup, delivered within 24h. In some cases we return earlier if ready.
