Can you wash down-filled duvets?
Yes, with advance notice. Warm-water wash + tumble-drying with dryer balls to maintain loft. +30,000đ/set surcharge.
Do large pillows cost extra?
No. Priced by weight, same as regular clothes.
Is dust-mite elimination 100%?
Drying at 60°C+ kills most mites. We dry at safe-for-fabric temperatures (55-60°C) — eliminates the majority. Recommended every 2-3 weeks.
Will thick cotton duvets get lumpy after washing?
No with proper drying technique. We have a fabric-smoothing dryer.
