Everything to know first
How much per kg?
Standard 24h: 30,000đ/kg (default package). Hoả Tốc 4h: 50,000đ/kg. Flat rates — no weight tiers. Minimum 5kg/order.
Is there a delivery fee?
Free delivery in 14 inner districts. Outer districts (Districts 12, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Can Gio) add 40,000đ/order.
How do I pay?
Two ways: cash on delivery, or VietQR transfer (Vietcombank 1140349999 — Cong Ty TNHH Giat Oi). No prepayment required.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Only for B2B contracts (100kg+/week). Retail customers receive regular receipts, no VAT.
What if my load is under 5kg?
We still accept — but charge 5kg minimum (150,000đ). Monthly customers can consolidate smaller loads.

Process & Timing
How long to get clothes back?
Standard 24h package: 24 hours (guaranteed in writing). Hoả Tốc 4h package: 4 hours. Orders over 20kg may need a few extra hours — driver flags it on pickup.
How fast does pickup arrive?
Inner districts: 30 minutes (business hours). Outer districts: 60 minutes. Bookings after 10pm = next morning pickup.
How do I verify the weight?
Driver weighs on-site, photographs the receipt with weight + order code GO-YYYY-NNNN. You keep the photo via Zalo or SMS.
Can I track my order?
Yes — we send automatic Zalo updates at every stage: received, washing, drying, delivery. Tap to view real photos.
Do you operate at night?
Yes — 24/7. Night delivery has a 10,000đ/order surcharge for night-shift driver pay.

Quality & Guarantees
What if clothes are damaged?
We guarantee 100% replacement value if damage/loss is our fault. For designer items, advise in advance for dedicated handling.
What fragrance do you use?
Comfort (default). You can request unscented (for babies or sensitive skin) or provide your own — we use exactly what you specify.
Do you hang-dry outdoors?
No — 100% machine-dried. Avoids dust, musty smell, sudden rain. Safe fabric temperatures.
Are clothes folded?
Yes — every order is neatly folded and packed in clean bags. No extra fee.
Any guarantee?
Yes — within 24 hours of delivery, if you find any odor, stain, or missing items, we resolve it free.

Special Items
Can you wash down-filled duvets?
Yes — warm-water wash + fluffing-dry to maintain loft. +30,000đ/set surcharge.
Leather or designer items?
Leather: yes, hand-clean and conditioner. Designer clothes: advise in advance for premium detergent and dedicated machine.
Wedding dress, áo dài?
Yes — dry-clean only for áo dài and wedding dresses. Separate pricing, advise in advance.
Will lace or sheer fabric tear?
No — we use mesh bags for delicate fabrics, gentle machine cycle. You can specify items needing special care.
Rugs, mattresses?
Small rugs (<5kg): yes, industrial washer. Mattresses: no — different service, we refer partners.

22 districts across HCMC: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, Binh Thanh, Tan Binh, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Tan Phu, Nha Be, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Can Gio.
Outside HCMC?
Currently HCMC only. Expansion to Binh Duong, Dong Nai planned for 2027.
Can you pickup from apartments?
Yes — driver comes to your unit door or building lobby (per building policy). Provide unit + tower in the booking.
